Privacy Policy

Who we are

netted is a profit and tax tracker for resellers, run by Encore ("we", "us"). If you have a question about your data, email encorebusinessofficial@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Your account: your email address and password. Passwords are stored scrambled (hashed), so no one can read them, including us. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your email address and basic profile (name and picture) with us.
• What you add to netted: sales, inventory items and bins, expenses (including miles driven), quarterly tax payments you mark as paid, and your setup answers (like your goal, the apps you sell on and your tax rate).
• Photos: item photos and receipt photos you choose to add.
• Feedback you send: when you use “Send feedback” in Account, we keep your message along with your plan and basic device details (like your browser and screen size) so we can understand and fix what you tell us about.
• Imported sales files: when you import a file from eBay, Poshmark, Mercari or Depop, it's read on your own device. The file itself isn't uploaded. netted saves only the sale details it needs, like item name, date, price and fees.
• Screenshots you scan: when you use “Fill from a screenshot” (netted Pro), the picture is sent to Anthropic’s Claude to read the sale details. netted doesn’t keep the picture, only the sale you choose to save.
• If you connect eBay: netted keeps a secure eBay access token (never your eBay password) on its server, and uses it only to read your eBay orders and bring in your sales (item, date, price and eBay’s fees). Disconnect anytime in Account; deleting your account removes it too.
• Your subscription: if you get netted Pro, Stripe handles your payment. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe tells us your plan, whether it's active and when it renews.
• On your device only: a few small settings, like whether the cha-ching sound is on, are saved in your browser and never sent to us.

How we use it

• To run netted: show your profit, reports and tax estimates, and keep your data in sync across your devices.
• To manage your plan: the free limits, your trial and your Pro subscription.
• To answer you when you contact us, and to keep netted secure.

We don't sell your data, use it for ads, or use analytics or tracking tools.

Who we share it with

Only the companies that help run netted. Each one handles your data only to provide its service:

• Supabase: stores your account, data and photos (servers in the western US).
• Stripe: processes netted Pro payments. See Stripe's privacy policy.
• Anthropic: reads screenshots you choose to scan. Anthropic doesn’t use them to train its models and deletes them within 30 days (longer only if they’re flagged for abuse). See Anthropic’s privacy policy.
• eBay: only if you connect it. eBay shows its own sign-in and “Agree” page, and netted reads your orders from it. See eBay’s privacy notice.
• Cloudflare: hosts the netted website. Like any website host, it sees basic request details like your IP address.
• Google: only if you choose "Continue with Google". netted also loads its font from Google Fonts.
• jsDelivr: delivers a code library netted uses to talk to Supabase.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect netted and its users from fraud or abuse.

How long we keep it, and deleting it

We keep your data while you have an account. You can delete any sale, item, expense or photo yourself at any time, and download your data from Reports as a spreadsheet.

To delete your whole account, open netted, go to Account and tap Delete account. Your account, data and photos are deleted right away. Can't log in? Email encorebusinessofficial@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, and we'll delete it within 30 days. Stripe keeps payment records it's legally required to keep.

Keeping it safe

Everything is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Your data is locked to your account, so other users can't see it, and your photos are private. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will tell you if a breach affects you.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, download or delete your personal information. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have other rights too. Email encorebusinessofficial@gmail.com and we'll help. We don't sell or share personal information for advertising.

Children

netted isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we make important changes, we'll update the date at the top and let you know in the app or by email.
